Fortis AD525 is a rapid-curing, self-levelling, two-component polyurea elastomer designed for filling control joints, construction joints and suitable cracks in horizontal concrete surfaces.
Developed for industrial and commercial floors, AD525 combines flexibility with high hardness to help protect concrete joint edges from spalling under heavy traffic. It is particularly suited to warehouses, factories, workshops, cold storage facilities, freezers and food-processing areas exposed to forklifts, steel-wheeled trolleys and other demanding traffic.
AD525 is 100% solids and remains flexible at low temperatures. Its rapid cure allows repaired areas to be returned to service in approximately 60 minutes, reducing downtime during floor maintenance and repair.
The cured material provides greater than 200% elongation and Shore A hardness of 85–90. It can accommodate limited movement while providing support to the vertical edges of concrete joints.
AD525 is supplied in dual-component cartridges for controlled application and is suitable for both new joint filling and repair of suitable damaged joints and cracks.

Fortis AD525 is designed for filling suitable control joints, construction joints and cracks in horizontal concrete floors.
Concrete should be a minimum of 28 days old before installing AD525 unless otherwise approved for the specific application.
Remove dirt, dust, laitance, oil, grease, loose concrete, existing sealant and other contaminants from the joint or repair area. Joint faces must be clean, dry and structurally sound to achieve maximum adhesion.
Damaged or contaminated joint faces should be mechanically prepared back to clean, sound concrete. Remove all preparation dust before application.
Dispense both components of AD525 through the correct dual-component cartridge gun and static mixer. Ensure the material is mixing uniformly before filling the joint.
Fill the prepared joint or crack as required and allow the self-levelling material to settle. Excess cured material may be trimmed or shaved flush with the surrounding concrete where required.
AD525 cures rapidly and can typically be returned to service in approximately 60 minutes under suitable conditions.
For fast, controlled application from the dual cartridge, dispense Fortis AD525 using the Fortis 600 mL Dual Component Cartridge Gun fitted with the appropriate Fortis Static Mixer. Together they provide a complete portable dispensing system for concrete joint and crack repair.

Concrete must be clean, dry and structurally sound before application. Remove dust, laitance, oil, grease, loose material, existing sealants and other contaminants that may interfere with adhesion.
Joint faces should be mechanically prepared where necessary to expose clean, sound concrete.
AD525 is intended primarily for horizontal concrete joint and crack filling. It is not a structural crack-repair resin or a replacement for rebuilding missing or severely spalled concrete.
Where significant slab movement, structural cracking or damaged joint shoulders are present, the cause and appropriate repair system should be assessed before application.
