ConcreteShield™ AcrylaSeal is a water-based acrylic concrete sealer designed to protect and enhance concrete surfaces. It dries to a clear semi-gloss finish that enhances the natural colour of concrete while providing resistance to oil, grease, dust, dirt and weathering.
The fast-drying, low-odour formulation is suitable for interior and exterior applications including concrete driveways, factory floors, pavers, coloured concrete, exposed aggregate and pattern paving. AcrylaSeal provides a durable protective film while retaining and enhancing the appearance of the underlying concrete.
Water-Based Acrylic
Apply AcrylaSeal in a thin, uniform coat using a lambswool applicator or 10 mm nap roller. Avoid excessive film build and do not allow the sealer to pool.
At 25°C and 65% relative humidity, allow approximately 2 hours drying time between coats, or until the entire surface is touch dry. Allow 6–8 hours before foot traffic. Full cure is typically achieved within 24–72 hours depending on temperature, humidity and application thickness.

Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease, curing compounds, previous incompatible coatings and other contaminants that may affect adhesion. Test on a small inconspicuous area before application, particularly on coloured or decorative concrete.
Apply only when the substrate and ambient temperature are between 10°C and 35°C.
