Concrete Shield™ Premium Lithium Concrete Densifier is designed for high-quality polished concrete systems where efficient penetration, surface hardening and development of a polished finish are required.
The lithium silicate penetrates the concrete and reacts with available calcium hydroxide to form additional calcium silicate hydrate within the surface. This reaction densifies and hardens the concrete rather than creating a topical coating.
Its lithium silicate formulation is particularly suited to progressive concrete grinding and polishing. Concrete Shield™ Premium Lithium Densifier can be applied during the grinding process to increase surface density, improve abrasion resistance and help develop a durable polished finish.
Suitable for new and existing concrete, it can be used on residential polished concrete, retail floors, restaurants, showrooms, commercial areas and other premium polished concrete surfaces.

Lithium Silicate Concrete Densifier with Penetrating Additives
Apply one uniform, undiluted coat at 5-8 m²/L, depending on substrate porosity. To maximize penetration, scrub the material into the surface with a stiff bristle broom or industrial floor-scrubbing machine for at least 30 minutes, until the product gels or the surface feels slippery. Next, lightly mist with water and work it in for another 10-20 minutes. Rinse the floor and remove excess material using a squeegee and wet vacuum. Avoid letting the product pond. On porous, rough-textured, or broom-finished surfaces, a second coat may be needed 2-4 hours after the first. Floors can be returned to service 4-6 hours after excess removal.
Apply by spray or squeegee between grinding stages. For best results, apply twice: once early and once late in the grinding process. Note: Do not apply during the polishing stage.
Spray Concrete Shield™ Premium Lithium Concrete Densifier evenly at the recommended rate. For best results, apply 7 to 14 days after concrete placement to allow proper curing. Avoid applying on concrete less than 3 days old, as excess moisture may block full densifier penetration. Therefore, waiting ensures better absorption and effective concrete densification.
Suitable for new and existing concrete surfaces used in polished concrete systems.
Not suitable for natural stone. Do not apply over concrete previously treated with curing compounds or membrane-forming sealers unless they have been completely removed.
Concrete Shield™ Premium Lithium Densifier will not restore badly deteriorated or disintegrating concrete and may not perform effectively on lightweight, extremely porous or severely worn concrete.
