FORTIS PA75 and Polymarine 3026 are both polyurethane adhesive systems suitable for compatible flexible PVC applications.
Polymarine 3026 is primarily designed for PVC inflatable boat manufacture and repair. FORTIS PA75 has a broader industrial focus covering flexible PVC, PVC-coated fabrics, polyurethane fabrics, compatible rubber, inflatable products and other flexible-material assemblies.
PA75 can be sprayed, brushed or rolled and can also be heat activated, making it suitable for industrial production processes and pre-coated components.
Adhesive selection should consider the PVC formulation, plasticiser level, surface preparation, application method and final service conditions.
Products should not be considered directly interchangeable without testing. Fortis recommends substrate compatibility testing and production trials before changing an existing adhesive system.
