ArmaLac™ is a clear, fast-drying acrylic metal lacquer manufactured in Australia by Fortis Adhesives & Coatings.
Designed for the protection of polished and decorative metals, ArmaLac™ forms a clear protective barrier that helps reduce tarnishing, oxidation, discolouration and corrosion caused by exposure to the surrounding environment.
ArmaLac™ contains a tarnish inhibitor and is formulated to provide adhesion to properly prepared polished metal surfaces. Its UV and weathering resistance makes it suitable for both interior and exterior applications.
The clear finish allows the appearance of brass, copper, bronze and other decorative metals to remain visible while reducing the need for repeated polishing.
ArmaLac™ is suitable for architectural metalwork, door furniture, light fittings, handrails, decorative panels, signage, shopfitting, plaques, artworks, restoration projects and other suitable polished metal applications.
ArmaLac™ can be applied by spray, brush, roller or dipping, depending on the product format and application requirements.
