Rusted Solutions™ Rust Remover Gel is a ready-to-use, brushable rust remover designed for metal surfaces that cannot be conveniently submerged in a rust removal solution.
Its gel consistency allows the product to cling to vertical, fixed and irregular surfaces, providing extended contact with rusted areas while helping limit application to the area being treated.
Rust Remover Gel is particularly suited to equipment, machinery, automotive components, fabricated steel, tools and restoration projects where immersion or aggressive mechanical rust removal is impractical.
Simply apply the Gel to the prepared rusted surface, allow it time to work and rinse thoroughly with water. Heavily corroded surfaces may require a second application.
The product is non-hazardous, biodegradable, VOC-free and non-corrosive, providing a practical alternative to aggressive rust removal methods.

Remove dirt, oil, grease and loose rust or scale from the surface before application.
Do not apply in direct sunlight. Apply a thick, even coat of Rusted Solutions™ Rust Remover Gel directly to the rusted area using a suitable brush.
Allow the Gel to remain on the surface for approximately 1–2 hours, or until the rust appears to have been removed.
Rinse the treated surface thoroughly with clean water. Heavily corroded areas may require a second application.
Do not allow the Gel to dry completely on the surface. If drying occurs, use water and a soft brush to assist with removal.
After treatment, dry the cleaned metal and apply an appropriate protective coating where required to minimise the return of corrosion.
