Rusted Solutions™ Rust Remover Concentrate is a concentrated rust removal solution designed for preparing larger volumes of Rust Remover Soak for immersion applications. When diluted as directed, 1 litre of Concentrate makes 6 litres of ready-to-use Rust Remover Soak, providing an economical solution for workshops, automotive restoration, maintenance operations and larger rust removal applications. The prepared solution removes heavy rust from ferrous metal components back to clean bare metal without the need for aggressive sanding or mechanical rust removal. Rust Remover Concentrate is ideal for tools, automotive parts, cast iron, fabricated components and other rusted metal items that can be completely submerged. The prepared soaking solution is reusable and can continue to remove rust over multiple applications until its rust-holding capacity has been reached. The product is non-hazardous, biodegradable, VOC-free and non-corrosive, providing a practical alternative to aggressive rust removal methods.

Remove dirt, oil, grease and loose rust or scale from the components before treatment. Dilute Rusted Solutions™ Rust Remover Concentrate with water at a ratio of 1 part Concentrate to 5 parts water. Use a suitable container large enough to allow the rusted component to be completely submerged in the prepared solution. Fully immerse the rusted item and allow the solution time to remove the corrosion. Once the rust has been removed, remove the component from the solution and rinse thoroughly with clean water. The prepared solution can be retained and reused for subsequent rust removal applications until its rust-removal capacity has been exhausted. After treatment, dry the cleaned metal and apply an appropriate protective coating where required to minimise the return of corrosion.
