Concrete Shield™ AcrylaPave Sealer, a premium acrylic paving sealer providing a deep, clear finish. This not only enhances aesthetics by forming a semi-gloss film but also effectively shields the concrete substrate. With excellent wear resistance and a strong defense against weathering, this sealer proves ideal for various pavers.

Apply a thin uniform layer of Acryla Seal with a lamb’s wool applicator or roller brush. Allow 2 hours drying time (25°C & 65% humidity) or wait until the entire area is touch dry before application of additional coats. Apply subsequent coats in the same manner and if preferred machine buff after applying the 3rd or 4th coats ensuring the surface has had at least 4 hours to dry. A minimum of 2 coats is recommended. Ensure sealer is not applied too thick and is applied evenly. Do not allow any pooling to occur. Full cure is achieved after 24–72 hours. Avoid any foot traffic for 6–8 hours after application.
When using Acryla Pave for the first time, or on a new floor always test a small inconspicuous area with a 24-hour cure time to determine ease of application and desired results. Make sure the surface is clean, free of waxes, coatings, and previous sealers, and is dry for 24 hours. Clean surface with minimum 2000psi pressure washing. Heavily solid/dirty surfaces will require a light acid clean such as 20:1 mix of HCl diluted in water. Mix 20parts water with 1part HCl. Rinse well after cleaning and allow 24hrs drying time before application of the Acryla Seal. Surface temperature should be between 10°C and 35°C. Ensure that the area is well-ventilated during cleaning & application and until the surface is dry.
