Epoxy floor coatings are the most economical way to build a durable flooring system. Fortis offers water-based, high-solids and solvent-free systems for garages through to industrial floors. Epoxy can yellow under UV exposure, so a compatible UV-stable topcoat may be needed.
Polyurethane coatings provide clear, non-yellowing finishes over compatible concrete, timber, epoxy and decorative flake systems. They are often selected as the final wear coat where UV stability and appearance are priorities.
Polyaspartic coatings cure faster than conventional epoxy systems. This reduces downtime but also shortens working time, making preparation and application planning critical.
