PVA adhesive suits close-fitting timber joints, furniture and cabinetry. AD317 is a water-based D3 adhesive with easy application and clean-up. Joint fit and clamping are essential.
One-component polyurethane adhesives bond timber and materials while providing D4 durability. Choose AD5105 for fast cure, AD5205 for general use or AD5405 for longer open time. Moisture curing can cause foaming, so control the spread and clamp the joint.
Structural polyurethane adhesives are designed for finger-jointing and glue-lamination. Select working time for the production line and follow approved spread rate, pressure and cure requirements.
Epoxy adhesives suit repairs, poorly fitting joints, gap filling and dissimilar materials. Accurate measuring, mixing and preparation are critical.
Confirm timber moisture, joint fit, open time, clamp time and exposure. Test unfamiliar timber, treatments or coatings before production.
