Fortis Non-Slip Additive is an anti-slip coating additive. It enhances floor safety by reducing the risk of slips and falls. When mixed with floor coatings, it creates a textured, slip-resistant surface. As a result, it’s perfect for high-traffic areas.
This additive is highly versatile. It works seamlessly with all Fortis epoxy and polyurethane systems. Whether you need it for industrial, commercial, or residential spaces, it ensures reliable slip-resistance wherever applied.

To begin, remove a small portion of the coating from the can to minimize the risk of spillage. Then, add Fortis Non-Slip Additive at a recommended rate of 2–5% (20–50 grams per liter of coating).
💡 Tip: 1 tablespoon of additive = approximately 8 grams.
Once the additive is added, stir the mixture thoroughly with a flat-blade stirrer to ensure even distribution. During the application process, continue stirring the coating at regular intervals. This helps keep the additive suspended and prevents settling. As a result, you'll achieve a consistent, slip-resistant finish across the surface.
